His passion for cooking started at a young age, growing up in a family that valued homemade meals. Inspired by his grandmother’s traditional recipes and his formal training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Tommy developed a deep appreciation for simple, high-quality ingredients that create unforgettable flavors.
After working as an executive chef in fine-dining establishments and leading multiple kitchen teams, he realized that many home cooks find cooking overwhelming. He wanted to change that.
